Each cohort is broken down by your child’s chronological age at the start of the program.

Once your application is received, an account will be made via Brightwheel with your admissions paperwork and an invoice for the $500 holding fee. Your seat is reserved once the holding fee is paid.
Our Cohorts & Schedules
Goldfish
Starting at 2 years old
Mornings

Student-to-teacher ratio: 1:5
The Goldfish cohort are children who are between 2 to 2 1/2 years of age on the first day of the program. The Goldfish can participate in a half-day or full day for two days (T/TH), three days (M/W/F) or daily.
Red Birds
Starting at 3 years old

The Red Birds cohort are children who are 3 to 3 1/2 years of age on the first day of the program. Red Birds participate for full days, but can elect to join for two days, three days or five days.
Purple Cats
Starting at 3 1/2 years old

Our Purple Cats cohort are children who are between 3 1/2 to 4 years of age on the first day of the program. Purple Cats participate for full days for two days, three days or five days.
Green Frogs
Starting at 2 1/2 years old

Our Green Frogs cohort are children who are between 2 1/2 to 3 years of age by the start of the program. They can participate in either a half-day or full day session. Children who come for daily mornings can add on two or three afternoons per week.
Brown Bears
Starting at 4 years old

The Brown Bears cohort are children who are between 4 to 4 1/2 years of age at the start of the program. Brown Bears participate for full days for two days, three days or five days though five days is encouraged to prepare children for kindergarten.
Before & After Care Option
We offer a before care and after care program for The Indy Lab nursery and preschool students.
Families can set up before and after care as a drop-in or on a recurring basis.
Before care: 8:00am – 9:30am at $25/day*
After care: 3:15pm – 3:45pm at $5/day
Daily use for both before and after care: $22.50
*Many families join us early from 9:00am - 9:30am and for a charge of $5/day.
Tuition
Tuition payments are due on the 1st of every month.
A holding fee of $500 will reserve your child’s space in the program.
Our rolling admissions are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
