The length of parties is generally 120 minutes. Some themes are 90-minutes.
A deposit is required to book your party. Your Birthday Party Planner will confirm your date and set up your first appointments once your booking is confirmed.
Processing fees are included in the deposit and are non-refundable.

How do parties at Indy Lab work?

At WkndxTheIndyLab , children are invited to meet with a birthday planner to discuss what themes, ideas and games/crafts the child wants to do on their special day based on their birthday party theme. WkndxTheIndyLab will take care of the craft, STEAM and/or jungle gym game based on your child’s theme and all corresponding materials.

Families will be responsible for bringing in their food and cake as well as all tableware and party decorations.

Families will have 30-minutes prior to a party to facilitate set up, but are also welcome to drop off their supplies the day before the party so our hosts can set things up for them.

Food can be ordered by an outside vendor, but all payments, tips and logistics will be handled by the family. We have refrigeration and a microwave at our location.

Can we bring food, decorations, or additional activities?

Families can work with the birthday planner to bring in outside food. Catered food by The Indy Lab will be offered in coming months.

For select parties, we will have a cotton candy machine, popcorn and/or candy table offered.

What is the maximum number of guests?

It depends on the nature of the party. Naturally, the Kid Spa Glam and Glow party requires a smaller group because we are performing mini spa treatments on each child. All other parties have a maximum of 25 children that can attend. Additional attendees will be billed at $25/child.

All children must sign a waiver prior to attending the birthday party which will be provided to you during your birthday party confirmation email.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available on The Indy Lab signs by the side of the building. Any parking space that is open is also available for use.
