How do parties at Indy Lab work?

At The Indy Lab, children are invited to meet with a birthday planner for up to three appointments. During our first appointment together, we will conduct an interview to discuss what themes, ideas and games/crafts the child wants to do on their special day.

On the second appointment, we will be budgeting out items to purchase with a pre-established amount. We will make purchases together for goodie bags, table covers, plates and napkins as well as other birthday decorations.

In the third and final appointment before the big day, children will work with their birthday planner to set up their goodie bags, make labels for their friends and organize their decorations.

Children are also welcome to come early to their event to help set up and get ready!

Can we bring food, decorations, or additional activities?

Families can work with the birthday planner to bring in outside food. Catered food by The Indy Lab will be offered in coming months.

For select parties, we will have a cotton candy machine, popcorn and/or candy table offered.

What is the maximum number of guests?

It depends on the nature of the party. Naturally, the Kid Spa Glam and Glow party requires a smaller group because we are performing mini spa treatments on each child.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available on The Indy Lab signs by the side of the building. Any parking space that is open is also available for use.
