Our Mission
At The Indy Lab, we believe that our mission is to set up a child for later school success. A child’s first educational experience is paramount to their first few years in elementary school. It is during these early years that educators and specialists can inform parents on aspects of their child’s development to help them grow into independent and capable little people. We believe that having educators and specialists working together means we have the trained and skilled capacity to expertly exercise areas of development in each of our students. Through our play-based and gentle approach, we scaffold lessons by providing more or less assistance and making lessons more or less complex so that we can reach every single child at their individual capacity.

Meet Our Team
Our educators are specialists in key areas of our curriculum: Playful Literacy, STEM, Uninterrupted Free Play, Spanish Immersion and Movement. Recognizing that every cohort is unique, they scaffold the curriculum to fit each child’s age, skill level, pace, and interests. With a focus on engagement, our specialists create dynamic learning environments that inspire children to become lifelong learners!
